Application:
Applied to oil fields, oil refineries, offshore oil platform, power plants, gas stations, oil tanks, wharf, tunnel, pumping station, substation, the military base,etc. Zone I and Zone IIHazardous Locations, Zone 20, Zone 21, Zone 22 and II A, II B, II C explosive gas atmosphere.

2. Integrated type of tube, adopt SMD LED on aluminum base, make aluminum base completely attached to heat sink which composed of lamp body to make sure excellent heat dissipation, lead to long lifetime.
3. Adopt silicon encapsulated sealed power supply whose body made of aluminum alloy, put it inside of aluminum body and closed attached to heat sink to make sure heat dissipated from power supply.

2. Applicable place
This explosion-proof LED tube light has flameproof enclosures conforming to the world standards of electrical equipment in explosive atmospheres.
Its explosion-proof marking is ExembIICT6.
The light can be used at ease in the following places:
a.    Places where ambient temperature is between -20 and 40
b.    Places below 2000m high
c.    Places where relative humidity is less than 90% (at 25)
d.    Places where there are no apparent shocks or vibration
e.    Places where there exists flammable gas categorized as IIA and IIB or places designated as Danger Area 1and 2 of hydrovolcanic explosion
 


3. Characteristics of Product
(1) High efficient LED module is adopted as light source and most advanced electrical technology is applied. This enables low power consumption, efficient light-emitting and instant lighting at the same time.
(2) The light has unique structure; simple and compact but ideal for heat diffusion (patented), tight enough for sealing (waterproof and dust prevention of IP66) and tough against shocks and corrosions. This assures long service life of the light.
